Every Friday a comprehensive race is run with electronic timing to replicate race day conditions as closely as possible and prepare mentally to achieve optimum performance.

Required Level
Race camps require a high level of performance. Previous race training experience is not necessary as everyone has to start off somewhere. For those that are concerned if their level is high enough for a race camp it may be an idea to book on a Race Carve course first. It is always possioble to transfer from Race Carve to Race Camps during the week.

but not strictly necessary for Eurotest Training; however, you may want to consider trying an Race Carve course for initial experience. Call our office and ask to speak to Emma or MIke directly for advice.

Fitness and Preparation
A fitness programme on 3 afternoons per week is included whilst training. The fitter you are the higher your performance level will be.
