In the spring, summer and autumn and on some winter courses our packages do not include flights. You can book your own flights to coincide with our transfers.

You need to allow enough time (minimum 1 hour) between your flight arriving at the airport and the time the transfer departs for the resort as advertised below.

Coming Back IB

You need to allow enough time (2 hours recommended) between the time the transfer arrives at the airport as advertised below and your flight departing.

MEETING PLACES AT AIRPORTS 

GENEVA
Turn left out of Arrivals and walk to the nearest cafe called The Hub. A Snoworks representative will be at the cafe just before the advertised transfer departure time. Any problems please call a Snoworks representative on any of the numbers listed above.

TURIN
Turn left out of Arrivals and walk to the nearest cafe called 'Autogrill'. A Snoworks representative will be at the cafe just before the advertised transfer departure time. Any problems please call a Snoworks representative on any of the numbers listed above.

MUNICH
The transfer is with 'Four Seasons Travel'. Remain in the airport after you have claimed your luggage and follow the signs to 'CENTRAL AREA' and 'S-Train' and move one floor down on the escalator. In the central area meet at the counter 'Four Seasons Travel' (after the information counter behind the two stairways to the S-train). A Snoworks representative will be at the Four Seasons desk just before the advertised transfer departure time.

LYON
Come out of Arrivals and go to the information desk at Terminal 1. A Snoworks representative will be there just before the advertised transfer departure time. Any problems please call a Snoworks representative on any of the numbers listed above.

Please note, easyJet flights arrive in Terminal 3, so you will need to walk across to Terminal 1.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING TRANSFERS WHEN BOOKING YOUR OWN FLIGHT

1. When arriving at the airport
There will be no Snoworks representative to meet you when your flight arrives and you walk through into the arrivals area. The Snoworks representative will be at the meeting point just before the transfer departure time.

2. The Snowork representative at the meeting place
The Snoworks representative will be at the meeting point just before the transfer departure time.

3. Can't find the Snoworks representative at the meeting place at the advertised time?
Please call Phil Smith on the 'Contact Numbers' above. Phil will be able to update you with any information concerning the departure.

4. Can't find the meeting place
Please go to aiport information and they will be able to assist you. Failing this please call Phil Smith on the 'Contact Numbers' above and he will be able to assist you.

5. Delayed flights - missed transfer
The transfer will be able to wait for a maximum of 1 hour after the advertised departure time for delayed flights and will then depart for the resort.
If you have arrived at the aiport but are held up in the luggage area, please contact Phil Smith on the 'Contact Numbers' above and he will be able to assist you.

If you arrive more than 1 hour after the advertised transfer departure time you will need to make alternative arrangements to get to the resort. Please contact Phil Smith on the 'Contact Numbers' above and he will be able to assist you. Depending on the time of year this may involve organising a private taxi and will be expensive. The cost will have to be met by you. Please check that your insurance will cover you for this eventuality.
