Hi, I'm Phil Smith, Snoworks Director and founder of the i-Skiing programme. I'd like to introduce you to the main members of our team of instructors and guides who will be looking after you on the slopes. These staff are the jewels in the Snoworks programme, responsible for your i-Skiing Experience - setting us apart from ski school, guiding and other ski holidays! You'll be amazed where we take you skiing and the improvement you'll make.

I have personally handpicked all our team to reflect the Snoworks philosophy of high quality tuition, service and maximum holiday enjoyment. Our Instructors are trained to an international level, and the Mountain Guides for the Backcountry and Adventure weeks know the mountains like the back of their hands!
