You can prepare for your winter skiing in advance and develop all the skills for skiing the whole mountain out of season. Imagine improving your bumps, not in bumps. Improving your off-piste, not in off-piste, improving your ability to ski steeper slopes, not on steep slopes. You can do just that on an A.T. Performance course.

Have you ever wondered why different skiers have different strengths and weaknesses? Good at bumps - not at powder, good at skiing slow - not fast, good at skiing fast - not slow, good on-piste - not off-piste, good on gentle slopes - not steep slopes, good at small bumps - not big bumps etc etc. The list can go on and on.

Well there's an easy answer. Most skiers have developed a set way of skiing using a similar pattern of movements all the time. It's their 'technique'.

So how can we improve your 'All-Mountain Skiing' out of season?

At Snoworks we develop skiing differently:
• Firstly we focus on developing every movement around every joint, similar to the way a child would learn to walk, run and play.
• Then we help you to learn to vary all the movements.
• Then we help you to learn to blend them, adjust them and apply them.
Result - no habits, no set technique - just the ability to move freely, adjust and apply your movements accordingly and naturally in any snow texture and terrain anywhere on the mountain.

We're not saying it's easy, it's taken us a long time to be able to move freely and adjust our movements in a totally versatile manner with no fixed habits. But the result is we can ski in any snow texture in any terrain, at any speed, anywhere on the mountain.

Every time you take an A.T. Performance course we can take you further along the same journey we've taken.

You can work on all the aspects of your skiing before the winter arrives and then reap the rewards when the snow comes!
