TIGNES
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
TIME OF YEAR: Summer, autumn, winter
DAYS PER WEEK: 5 days, Monday to Friday
HOURS PER DAY: Winter 3 hours. Autumn, summer all day (see Variations)
SKIERS PER GROUP: Race max 10. All-Terrain max 8
SKILL LEVEL: Adventurous Intermediates, Advanced, Experts, Elite
AGES: 5 to 7 years, 8 to 10 years and 11 to 15 years*
SKI PASSES: Purchase in resort
SKI HIRE: Book in resort
VIDEO ANALYSIS: Yes
OFF-PISTE SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Provided by Snoworks as & when required
HELMET: Compulsory
*Older teenages can join adult groups or Gap training. Enquire to office for details.

VARIATIONS
RACE
Run in the summer and autumn during the school holidays. Skills
development for greater controlled skiing at higher speeds combined with
adrenalin-fueled race training.
HOURS PER DAY: All day whilst the lifts are open with a break for lunch.
ALL-TERRAIN
Run in the winter during the school holidays. Skills development for all-mountain skiing in safety under supervision.
HOURS PER DAY: 3 hours
