Rupert Goldring

I first met Smiffy (Phil Smith to most people) when I first decided to be a ski instructor. In fact he took me for my first ever ski instructor course. There was no stopping me. I totally immersed myself into skiing and ski teaching and I am now at the pinnacle of my career.

I work for the British Association of Snowsport Instructors and train to level 4. Level 4 is the highest qualification you can get in ski teaching. Therefore a lot of my work is with Snoworks GAP in Tignes in the autumn working closely with Lee Townend the GAP Director training potential ski instructors

I also live in the Espace Killy, one of the best ski areas in the world. It has everything for everyone. Whatever your budget whatever your ski level the Espace Killy can cater for you.

What can else can I say about myself? I’m down to earth so no fancy stuff, no airs and graces, what you see is what you get and I enjoy a good laugh. After all skiing is fun!

If you’re coming to the Espace Killy I may see you.
