Snoworks Chile Adventure – Spotlight on Volcano Lonquimay

Volcano Lonquimay is one of the most beautiful and breathtaking locations in our Chile itinerary. On arrival at Lonquimay you’re taking back with the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding area. There is one lodge, a forest of native araucarias trees and the majestic Volcano Lonquimay. To top it all we’re normally the only skiers there. One chairlift with amples of off-piste opportunities and for the adventurous the chance to summit the magnificent volcano. The ski down from the top is exceptional. You take the south facing (equivalent of north in europe) and enjoy a long moderate to steep off-piste run.
