Untracked powder skiing

A trip of a life time. 6 days of powder skiing, untracked deserted powder slopes in the wilderness of this truly unspoilt area, uplift with Snowcats. 300 to 500m vertical pitches with about 10 to 15 pickups per day. About 3,000m vertical per day plus of pure powder skiing.

From its green valleys spread with vineyards to its old churches and watchtowers perched in fantastic mountain scenery, Georgia never disappoints. Guests are considered blessings and hospitality is the very stuff of life. (From Lonely Planet)

“As close to heaven as I’m likely to get!”

Note: As always we hope for powder, we plan for powder but powder is in the hands of the Gods not us. The Georgia Catski operation has a great history of skiing the most amazing powder conditions but in the mountains there will always be times when the powder does not arrive. On these trips everyone is armed with ski touring kit and we will make the most of the conditions, whatever they will be.
