Eurotest Training

Instructor training for the Eurotest

The Eurotest is part of the top level European ski teaching qualifications. In Britain this is the ISTD Level 4.

Our team of coaches include:

Emma Carrick-Anderson, one of Britain’s finest ever female ski racers. Emma competed at 4 Olympic Games, 6 World Championships and numerous World Cups, was 11th in the 1997 World Championships and Britain’s top female Alpine Racer for 15 years. Euan Gardiner attended a US Race Academy in his early years and competed at FIS level. Phil Smith raced internationally and studied at Crammond Road College in Edinburgh. Phil has a Diploma In Sports Coaching. Lee Townend is a BASI Trainer having passed the Eurotest himself so is very familiar with what it takes to get to the level. Nick Quinn held the full time position of Training Executive for BASI.

We know what it takes to get to the level and we know how to get there. Read more about the Snoworks OPEN philosophy in ski racing and training.
