Training is Monday to Friday for a minimum of 4 hours of on-snow work in the gates or alternative training if weather does not permit with regular video analysis. Every Friday a comprehensive race is run with electronic timing and pace setters to replicate the Eurotest as closely as possible and prepare mentally to achieve optimum performance. Fitness and preparation
A fitness programme on 3 afternoons per week is included whilst training. The fitter you are the better chance you have of reaching the level.
