Osorno Volcano stands on the southeastern shore of Llanquihue Lake, and towers over Todos los Santos Lake. It’s a stunning location with magnificent views all around. It’s the climax of the Chile 7 Volcanoes trip. The local lift system provides off-piste skiing on the lower slopes and those who are adventurous can take the skin to the summit. It’s about a 3 to 4 hour skin followed by crampons to reach the summit. On reaching the summit you’re rewarded with an awe inspiring view and a magnificent ski back down.
