When you book with us, a secure server is used, your card details are not stored on the Snoworks server and all card payments are secured by Stripe. Our entire online booking system is secured using industry standard data encryption for transmission of any personal information including card details you provide online. Known as the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), you can check this is active by looking for the padlock symbol on many browsers. This encryption provides greater consumer protection than many forms of offline card payments.

However, we use the cookies to collect the following information: visits, page views, average time on site, referrals. All information collected by these cookies is sent to Snoworks.co.uk by secure connection. These third party providers are prohibited from using our data for any other purposes. All information will be retained as long as necessary.
Your information is collected when you request information from us, contact us, register your preferences on our website, subscribe to email communications/newsletters, take part in competitions or surveys, provide us with feedback such as customer reviews or make a booking with us.
We will endeavour to keep your information updated whenever we get the opportunity to keep it current, accurate and complete. We will confirm the details we hold about you on request.
Information you enter into our online booking forms may be collected and stored briefly by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your enquiry/attempted transaction, even if you don’t confirm the transaction. This may be used to send operational emails to enquire as to why the transaction was not completed. We will not use this data for any other purpose, we won’t store it for longer than necessary and we won’t share it with any other company. Our aim is simply to provide you with the best experience using our website.
Information such as names, phone numbers and email addresses may be shared with our sister company, Snoworks GAP, for the purpose of booking courses with either company.
Snoworks will not sell, or allow third parties access to your information without your approval. However, from time to time Snoworks must disclose information.
We must pass your information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as tour/chalet operators, airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. Disclosures may include the transfer of your personal information between countries. Where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country.
We will not pass any information to any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements, unless requested by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide you with your booking.
In the event of an accident where you are an involved party, either the injured person, witness or party to an accident, we may be requested by legal representatives in accordance with the law to disclose certain personal information.
In making a booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
We do not share any information with third parties, but we would like to hold your information, where collected by us, for our own future marketing purposes (for example to inform you of promotional offers). If you do not wish to receive such approaches in the future, please contact us. To unsubscribe from email communications, please click the relevant section at the foot of these emails. Please allow 14 days for your information to be updated throughout our systems.
Snoworks reserves the right to use photographs and video taken during the delivery of its courses and training for reproduction on the Snoworks website or in other Snoworks marketing communications, including but not limited to print or online, without further consideration, accreditation or compensation. Snoworks reserves the right to crop or treat the photographs/video at its discretion. Full names will not be used unless participants express their desire to be identified.
Our website may contain links to other sites not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, actions or policies of those websites. It is your responsibility to manage your use of these websites. Our courses are sometimes featured on websites operated by other third parties. We have no control over the contents and practices of these websites. You access and rely upon the contents of these third party websites solely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for the contents of and practices of on any third party websites linked.
You have the right to ask in writing for a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we may charge a fee) and to correct any inaccuracies in your information.
You have the right to ask in writing not to receive direct marketing material about our products. You can also use the “unsubscribe” link on our emails. Once we are properly notified, we will take the necessary steps to stop using your information in this way.
