Emma Carrick-Anderson

My specialty was ski racing – it’s been my life since I could just about walk! I was Britain’s top female ski racer for 15 years and represented Great Britain at 4 Olympic Games.

I retired from international competition in 2004 and am now teaching and coaching skiing, which I love! It’s great to be helping others get the same enjoyment I’ve had from the sport.

I love the Snoworks all-mountain philosophy. It allows you to develop your skiing naturally without adhering to ‘ski school rules’ and frees you to ski the whole mountain, developing your own individual style. We carry the same philosophy into ski racing. Open, free, individual.

Due to my racing background I’m often on the race courses with Snoworks Pro or the Junior Race Camps. You’ll also find me on many of the other ski courses so it’s not just race training I’m passionate about. I love skiing, love skiing off-piste and love working with all levels. So if you’re just starting out no need to be worried about skiing with an ex Olympian, I can ski slowly as well!

I look forward to meeting you on the slopes this season.
