Eaun Gardiner Joins Team Snoworks

We are delighted to announce that Euan Gardiner will be joining Team Snoworks for 2015/16. Euan begun his skiing career as a racer and attended the New England Ski Academy in New Hampshire racing at FIS level. On retirement from racing and after a short break, Euan realised his skills lay in ski teaching and headed for the French Alps. He soon gained his full diploma in ski teaching with BEES equivalence, met his partner Jenny also a top ski teacher and settled down in the heart of the Tarentaise region where he is now based with his family. For the past 8 seasons Euan has been working with Oxygen Ski School based in La Plagne, Paradiski.

“After working many years in La Plagne with Oxygen Ski School I am looking forwards to the next step in my skiing career working with Snoworks Ski Courses. Snoworks offers an unrivalled cross section of ski courses all across the world in some fairly unique destinations. Skiing is one of the most exhilarating sports on the planet and the combination of the Snoworks ‘Open’ philosophy with the focus on developing skills to cope with the ever changing mountain environment will allow me to help Snoworks guests enjoy what is probably one of the biggest ski areas in the world Paradiski along with many of the other ski areas around the Tarentaise Valley”

Says Phil Smith Director of Snoworks. “Euan is a completely natural ski teacher and high level performer with a thirst for self development. Well liked by all that ski with him Euan is a complete natural. He exhibits great empathy with his guests and has a magnetic charm that makes it impossible not to have a great time skiing with him. He has an excellent knowledge of the off-piste and Backcountry surrounding the La Plagne area and will be an enormous asset for Snoworks as we look to run courses centred around the Paradiski area this coming season. Euan worked on a number of courses this past winter with Snoworks and we are now delighted to announce this has turned into a permanent partnership for next season and beyond. The whole of Team Snoworks welcomes him”.
