Introducing WeTravel – Our New, Easy and Efficient Booking System


As I am sure many of you are now aware, from booking your upcoming ski courses with us, Snoworks has updated and modernised its online booking system with a platform called “WeTravel”. WeTravel is a simple, modern and efficient system used by over 5,000 travel companies!

We are sure you will find the platform a smoothstreamlined and efficient booking and payment experience. You can log in to your account/dashboard at any time, look at the courses/trips you have booked, see what you have paid, what is still outstanding, and pay balances.

Below is a simple guide to help you with paying balances and the initial login of your WeTravel account.

Linda is of course always available to chat through anything you need; course options, levels, available dates, queries with the new booking system etc. So please pick up the phone if we can help with anything.



Please Note: If Snoworks is already listed as a verified payee for BACS in your bank account and you would like to continue paying this way, then please feel free to do so. As soon as the payment shows in our bank, we will update your WeTravel account on your behalf and you will receive an automated receipt.

Paying your balance through the NEW WeTravel system:

When your balance is due, you will receive an email from us which will contain a big button “Make Payment”. Just click on the button, sign in to your WeTravel account and you will be redirected to the payment page. If it’s your first time paying for a course on the WeTravel system, you will have to set a password for your account, this only takes 1 minute and is explained below.

Or, you can log in to your WeTravel Account at any time, view all balances for all courses/trips you are booked on, and pay your balance there. Click on “My Trips”. Then click on “Manage Booking”.

Either way, you then click on “Pay Balance” on the right side of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear, choose your method of payment, fill in the details and click “Confirm Payment”.



1 – If you are based in the UK, you can pay us via a bank transfer within the WeTravel payment page.

PLEASE NOTE: As you can see in the screenshot below, the terminology “BACS Direct Debit” is a little misleading to what we Brits often think of as a Direct Debit. This is not setting up a recurring payment. You just fill in your bank details and by clicking “Confirm Payment” you authorise your bank account to be debited for the balance shown.

The secure payment transaction will be carried out via MangoPay, and show on your WeTravel account as pending for up to 5 days until the funds clear.

2 – If you are an international customer, or would just prefer to pay by card, then please select the credit/debit card option.


If you have a ski course booking with us this winter, but it’s your first time logging into the WeTravel system, then you will need to set a password for your account. This is a quick one-time-only action and is explained below.


If you have yet to receive any emails via WeTravel, but have been expecting one, please check your spam folder just in case.

If you are having difficulty with any aspect of the system, please contact Linda in the office and she will guide you through it.  But rest assured, once you’re up and running, it’s going to simplify and streamline your ski course booking process for the future.
