Training is Monday to Friday summer and autumn all day. Winter times vary depending on the week. See specific dates for details. Regular video analysis. Every Friday a comprehensive race is run with electronic timing to replicate race day conditions as closely as possible and prepare mentally to achieve optimum performance.
Race camps require a high level of performance. Previous race training experience is not necessary as everyone has to start off somewhere. For those that are concerned if their level is high enough for a race camp, book on a Ski Race Carve Course first.
Fitness and Preparation
A fitness programme on some afternoons is included whilst training (autumn and summer). The fitter you are the higher your performance level will be.
