Snoworks’ Course Directors

Phil Smith is the founder of Snoworks, Company Managing Director, iSKI Instructor and Course Director for Snoworks iSKI, ADV and CPT Programmes. Phil is widely recognised as a technical pioneer of the All-Mountain Skiing Revolution.

Emma Carrick-Anderson is also a Snoworks Company Director, iSKI instructor and Course Director for Snoworks PRO. Emma’s racing heritage is legendary in British ski racing – she is still recognised as one of the most experienced ski racers to represent Team GB.

Lee Townend is an iSKI instructor, our GAP Course Director and BASI Instructor-Trainer. Lee has an impressive background in skiing and ski teaching having worked across the Alps and New Zealand.
